Linking Your Bank Account

To process contributions, you’ll need to link the bank account you use for payroll. Here’s how to get started.

Link Your Bank with Plaid

  1. In your Icon dashboard, select Link Bank.

  2. A secure Plaid window will pop up. Search for and select your bank.

  3. A login screen from your bank will appear. Enter your online banking credentials.

  4. Once logged in, choose the account you use for payroll.

If Your Bank Isn’t Listed

  1. In Plaid, scroll down and select Manually Connect Bank.

  2. Enter your routing number and account number.

  3. Icon will send a micro deposit of $0.01 to your account within 1–2 business days.

  4. The deposit description will include a 3-digit verification code.

  • Once you receive the micro deposit, log into your Icon dashboard.

  • Go to Verify Bank.

  • Enter the 3-digit code from the deposit description.

You’re all set once your bank is verified.
