Employees can update their contribution amount at any time through their individual Icon portal.
When an employee changes their contribution, the update will appear in your employer portal during payroll processing.
If there is a pending change for an employee’s contribution, you will see it by navigating to:
Contributions → Payrolls → Run Payroll → Continue → “[Employee Name] has pending change”.
Be sure to:
Approve the change in the Icon portal.
Update your payroll system to reflect the new dollar amount.
Best Practice:
Before each payroll run, check for any pending changes in contributions. Approving and updating them promptly ensures employee deductions are accurate and contributions are processed without delay.
