What you need to do now
Create your Icon admin account using the link provided by your Customer Success Manager via email.
Complete all fields in the setup form. This includes basic company details and ownership information.
Once submitted, your account will begin Business Verification (KYB).
What happens next
KYB may automatically verify your business.
If additional information is needed, you’ll receive a DocuSign request outlining the required documents from your Customer Success Manager within 1-2 business days.
When verification is complete, you will be alerted by email and next steps will be available in your Icon dashboard.
