Stage 3: Your system setup is complete and you're ready to launch

Once your account is verified, your bank is linked, payroll groups are set up, and your payroll configuration is ready, you can launch your plan.

Launching your plan

  1. Log in to Icon.

  2. Select Launch Plan (you may have to select Launch Plan a second time on the next screen).

  3. Once launched, Icon will automatically send invitation emails to all employees in your roster within 24 hours.

Employee invitation details

  • Invitations come from Icon Savings Plan within 24 hours of launch.

  • Employees will receive a link to sign up for the plan and choose how much they want to save each paycheck.

  • If they would not like to participate, no action is needed to opt out of the plan.

After employees enroll

  • You’ll see their enrollment details in your Employer Dashboard under “Approve Pending Enrollees”.

  • You will approve any new enrollees before your next payroll run.

    • For non-integrated clients, please be sure to set up a deduction code with their specific contribution amount before running payroll.

    • On payday, you will review and approve contributions inside Icon. No action is needed in Icon when processing payroll for integrated clients.
