Does Icon support an employer match?

Employer matching is designed for 401k plans. With Icon’s PRP the “match” is in the form of a bonus. This gives employees the opportunity to save their bonus in their retirement account or use it towards other financial priorities. This format is preferred by employees as it enables them to have more choices on the use of funds.
