Icon keeps employer pricing simple and flexible. Our annual contracts can be paid monthly or upfront in a single payment—whichever fits your budget best.

If you ever need to cancel, there are no closure fees. However, since our pricing is based on an annual commitment, the remainder of your contract will still be due if canceled before the renewal period.
