Step 1: Login into the employer dashboard at https://employer.iconsavingsplan.com/login.
If you have any issues logging into your account, please click the link for "Don't remember your password?" or email support@iconsavingsplan.com for additional assistance.
Step 2: Click USER MANAGEMENT on the left sub-nav.
The User Management screen will allow you to view the invitations that you have sent previously.
USER EMAIL: The email address used to deliver the invitation.
GROUP: The payroll group linked to the invitation. If the employee completes the registration, they will be placed in that payroll group.
STATUS: This is the status of the invitation.

- PENDING references that the employee has not completed enrollment.
- EXPIRED references that the employee invitation has gone unused for at least 14 days. In the case of an expired invitation, the invitation will need to be resent if the employee would like to enroll in the plan.
- REVOKED references an entry that was forcibly revoked.
REINVITE: This will resend the invitation email to the employee and reset the expiration deadline linked to their enrollment.
REVOKE: This will invalidate the employee enrollment code linked to that email address.
