Please note, you can launch your plan at any time, even in the middle of a pay period. Your selected “launch date” simply determines when employee invitations go out.
Start by logging into your Icon portal. If you have not set up your account, click the link and follow the steps in Stage 1.
If your application is processing, please send an email to support@iconsavingsplan.com and cc your Customer Success Manager to request a status update on your business verification.
If you see “Welcome to Icon!” and the steps for getting started on your dashboard, click the link and follow the steps in Stage 2.
If you have completed the steps in Stage 2 and see “Invite Employees” you’re ready to launch! Click the link and follow the steps in Stage 3.
